Image API History

Image API, inc. was founded in 1993 with a mission to pioneer the application of document imaging technology to records management and process improvement practices. Very quickly, Image API encountered customers with additional needs for process improvement beyond document management. Working in partnership with key customers, Image API developed processing services and software solutions to address a wider range of problems and challenges faced by government and commercial clients.

Management Team

Richard Griffith, Jr., President, CEO. Mr. Griffith founded Image API and has more than 25 years of experience in records management, document conversion services, and electronic document management software. A strong proponent of industry standards, quality, and operational efficiency, Mr. Griffith possesses a broad managerial and technical understanding of all facets of enterprise content management.

Kristine Davis, CFO, Treasurer. Ms. Davis oversees the company’s Finances and Administration operations. Under her guidance, Image API maintains a healthy financial rating, ensuring our continual ability to accomplish long-term and large scale projects for government and commercial clients. She is a former audit partner with one of the largest CPA firms in the Southeast and was responsible for audit and consulting services to governmental, not-for-profit, and corporate clients.

Loree Evans, Executive Vice President. Ms. Evans manages Image API’s professional services group and has extensive experience in project management, process reengineering, systems design and implementation, database design, and program management. A PMI Certified Project Manager, Ms. Evans and her team have designed and implemented a wide variety of solutions providing clients with measurable cost, performance, and management benefits.

Patrick Menjor, Vice President Application Development. Mr. Menjor is responsible for the management of our application development group overseeing a skilled staff of highly skilled and experienced programmers, database experts, and technical support personnel. Under his guidance, Image API has developed a wide range of solutions helping organizations replace manual systems and gain greater efficiency and cost savings.

Steve Pendleton, Vice President. Mr. Pendleton is responsible for marketing, brand development, and sales support. A veteran sales and marketing professional, Mr. Pendleton has more than 20 years of experience in the software and enterprise content management industry.
