iCenter Workflow is an Enterprise workflow that uses automated routing engine to route electronic documents to decision makers and key personnel. This solution utilizes a drag-and-drop interface to design automated workflows that can mirror existing processes.

This intuitive interface allows users to establish and maintain dynamic workflows (work queues) independent of technical support or custom programming.

  • iCenter Workflow Management provides parallel processing that enables multiple users to access the same document or set of documents, and simultaneously perform their respective tasks. When each task is completed, documents can be automatically routed to the next associate with an assigned task.
