Florida Secured Transaction Registry
Image API, in partnership with the Florida Bankers Association, designed and manages the Florida Secured Transaction Registry. The “Florida Secured Transaction Registry” is a centralized Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filing and retrieval system containing initial financing statements, amendments, assignments, and other UCC filings as authorized by Florida Statutes Chapter 679.
As part of this cost-neutral solution for the State, Image API also developed and maintains an online presence for the State. The web site provides online public access to the Florida Secured Transaction Registry for the review of filed documents. The public can also access approved filing forms and information on the procedures for use in submitting UCC filing documents by mail, fax, or walk-in service.
Application Processing for Medical Boards
Image API processes approximately 600,000 healthcare professional license applications and renewals annually on behalf of the State of Florida Department of Health (DOH). Image API accepts application and renewal forms, handles payment processing, converts all paper documents to digital images for electronic storage/retrieval, and delivers licenses within mandated time frames.
Infectious Disease Solution Integrations with CDC
Through teamwork with various State Departments of Health, Image API designed, developed, and implemented a web-based electronic case file management solution to support the capture, storage, and retrieval of infectious disease files. Now, HIV/ADAP, STD, Hepatitis, TB and other infectious disease treatment programs can safely and securely leverage Image API’s EIS solution to improve service levels and reduce staff workloads.
Unemployment Claims Processing
Florida citizens have felt the pain of the recession as all families have. However, the ability to apply and receive unemployment claim benefits within the established time frame has been a constant with the support of Image API. We touch and process every claim. At a high level the state’s regional offices scan incoming claims; Image API conducts all the data entry work and loads the claims into our iCenter ECM application that is tied into the state’s core UC processing application. All work must be completed within 24 hours and enables the state to have elasticity as volumes fluctuate.
