- iCenter ECM - The latest .NET Content Management System available, with proven and extensive use in government, iCenter provides a sensible and affordable way to implement paper-less content management in a single department or entire Agency. - AgendaCenter – This .NET system is designed to help organizations compile meeting agendas and conduct paper-less meetings. The system was developed specifically for government boards dealing with highly confidential subjects and documentation.
- Travel System - Travel is a substantial part of government budgets. Image API, a leading vendor in transforming government business processes, offers a Travel System developed specifically for government. The Travel System makes it easy for users to create travel requests, route requests to managers for approval, generate advances, and perform trip reconciliation–directly at their desktops. The system improves the employee’s use of time and the organization’s ability to control and audit travel expenses.
- Procurement-to-pay System - The system seamlessly integrates paper documentation into a digital environment by allowing employees to convert unavoidable paper documents to electronic file formats. Employees can add these digitized documents to purchase requests as supporting information and can email them to others outside of the normal workflow. An integrated viewer application allows the sender to view, annotate, highlight, and redact the scanned documents before emailing them.
Instructions for Placing Purchase Orders
Image API provides expert guidance and assistance in understanding our software products and how they can be used to create operational excellence. State of Texas government entities may issue purchase orders to Image API for the software cited above by requesting a Statement of Work (SOW) and issuing a purchase order based on the SOW. - In order to be awarded a Purchase Order, Image API must respond, in writing, to a Statement of Work (SOW) for services as issued by the Texas government entity, consistent with the Terms and Conditions of the Contract. View Section 4 of Contract DIR-SDD-939
- Upon acceptance and agreement, the government entity will issue a Purchase Order for services.
